Turn Your Summer Into an Adventure – Camp Counsellors in Italy

NRG Camp is recruiting Camp Counsellors for our English immersion summer camps across Italy in June 2026.

As a Camp Counsellor, you will be part of a dynamic international team delivering fun, movement-based English learning to children aged 6–15. Learning at NRG Camp happens through games, sports, crafts, music, dance, drama, and creativity, all within a positive and energetic environment.

Camp Counsellors support daily activities, engage directly with campers, and help create a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable camp experience.

Dates: 10 June – 26 June 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead English-based activities and games

  • Engage and motivate campers throughout the day

  • Assist Camp Leaders with daily camp operations

  • Create a positive, high-energy, and inclusive environment

  • Act as a role model and mentor for campers

 

Location

  • Training: Just outside Pisa, Italy (hotel setting surrounded by nature)

  • Camps: Multiple locations across Italy

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children (camp, teaching, childcare, or similar)

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Energetic, reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic

  • Comfortable working as part of a team

  • Clean DBS or equivalent criminal background check

Benefits

  • €650 – €700 for the full camp period (based on experience)

  • Up to €100 travel reimbursement for outbound travel

  • Accommodation with Italian host families during camp

  • All meals included from arrival in Italy

  • Full training provided, held at a hotel surrounded by nature

  • Organised transport between camp locations
