 About the Role

A public high school in Hangzhou is looking for a professional soccer coach (full-time contract). You’ll train students aged 15 to 18, following a Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends off. The weekly commitment is 10 hours of coaching, with no office hours required.

Contract term: August 2026 – July 2027

Requirements

Native English level

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • No nationality restriction
  • 2 years+ relevant teaching experience is preferred

Benefits

Monthly salary is 15,000 – 17,000 RMB, plus a 3,000 RMB monthly housing allowance. During winter and summer breaks, you continue to receive a base salary of 6,000 RMB together with the full housing allowance.

Additional benefits include:

  • All 13 Chinese public holidays fully paid
  • A 5,000 RMB annual travel allowance (flexible for any trips, not just flights home)
  • Comprehensive health and accident insurance
  • A free yearly medical check
  • Visa fees covered and full work visa support

The role offers a very light schedule — just 10 hours per week — with solid benefits and no extra office duties. It's well suited for a coach who wants to focus on training and student development without a heavy workload.
