About the Role:
A language school in Tianjin is looking for full-time English teachers to join their team. With small class sizes, a supportive teaching environment, and a generous benefits package, this is a great opportunity for teachers looking for stability and professional growth.
Student age: 3 – 12 years old
Class size: maximum of 12 students with a Chinese teaching assistant
Work schedule: Wednesdays to Sundays (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
Teaching hours: 21 teaching hours per week plus office hours
Contract term: one year, starts as soon as the work visa is issued
Native English speakers
Bachelor's degree or above
A competitive monthly salary of 18,000 – 25,000 RMB, a 2,500 RMB monthly housing allowance, fully paid 13 Chinese public holidays plus one week of paid leave during summer or winter break, and comprehensive medical insurance. The school also offers a 500 RMB monthly perfect attendance bonus, a year-end bonus of up to 10,000 RMB, an annual salary increase of 1,000 – 2,000 RMB, ongoing training and teaching support, and full work visa sponsorship.
