High-Impact Responsibilities (Focus: TikTok & Video)
This role combines high-energy live performance with strategic video content creation and social media management.
Content Creation & Strategy (TikTok Focus)
- Develop, Film, and Edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content specifically for TikTok.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, innovative content ideas that align with brand voice (We provide a professional content team to support filming and editing)
- Create supporting digital assets for other channels (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, blog content).
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar to maximize audience reach.
Live Streaming Host
- Host regular, high-energy live streams on TikTok, acting as the primary product presenter and brand ambassador.
- Engage with the live chat in real-time, fostering a positive, inclusive, and purchasing-driven community.
- Plan and execute compelling stream formats, including Q&As, tutorials, and special promotional events.
- Manage technical stream aspects (or work closely with a Producer) to ensure a high-quality broadcast.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
To be a successful candidate for this Remote Content Creator Job, you must possess:
- Proven Experience as a Live Streamer, Social Media Creator, or in a similar public-facing digital role (portfolio required).
- Exceptional On-Camera Presence, confidence, and natural charisma.
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Deep Understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trending formats, sounds, and live streaming best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the broader social media marketing landscape (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
- Outstanding communication, community management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to relocate to Hangzhou, China - one year contract with relocation support provided.
